The staff was wonderful and very helpful! We loved the breakfast and our ocean-view room in the modern building was fine.

Rooms were outdated, some amenities lacking! The food options were limited and overpriced, especially the lunch buffet.

The room was well-maintained and the view of the beach was pleasant. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom was large, I had a great vacation there...

Good choice for 3 nights with affable and excellent staff from check-in to check-out. Central location to the end of the long road to catch a bus or go to the market. Based close to the best beaches in Bermuda, and a beautiful pink sand beach. A relaxing and beautiful hotel, my first choice in Mount Pleasant.

The ocean view rooms offer fine vistas that make it worth waking up early just to soak it all in. The beach boasts powder-soft sand and crystal-clear waters.

Many areas of the hotel feel outdated, like the room decor, which could use a refresh. There were persistent pest issues, with ants appearing throughout my stay, and the lack of water pressure in the shower was a letdown.

Nice hotel with free wi-fi, beach access, and a lovely outdoor pool. The staff even helped me get the local taxi number during my first stay. I highly recommend enjoying the ocean views!

I stayed in a King or Twin Room with Ocean View for 3 nights, and the view was beautiful, but the room felt a bit dated. It was spacious and clean, but I really missed having a mini-fridge to keep drinks cold. The wicker furniture had that classic island vibe, but it might feel a bit old-school for some. The shower pressure wasn't great either. The views made it worth it, but some little updates would go a long way.

The coffee there was amazing. They made it perfectly each morning which was a nice touch. Make sure to explore the local bus stop for inexpensive travel around the area.

Fine Beach and Great Staff

The beach is fine, and having a beachfront room provided lovely views every morning. The staff was fantastic, especially during breakfast, where they were very good too ensure we had everything we needed. Although the food prices at the hotel can be quite high, it's worth mentioning that there's a supermarket nearby for stocking up on snacks. Better communication about the pool's access on weekends when families join for the buffet would enhance the experience.

We had an awesome week enjoying the beautiful beach and the relaxing pool that felt mad really like a little slice of heaven. It was great to sip drinks while lounging on the beach and take refreshing swims in the pool whenever we pleased. Just a heads up, the climb back up from the beach can be a bit steep, so pace yourself 🌴

Despite these drawbacks, the cute staff made breakfast enjoyable, although menu availability was hit or miss.

the staff is super helpful, making you feel welcome and at home! we had issues getting taxis both nights and almost missed one dinner reservation.

Booked a king room with good facilities, the central location was a plus, surrounded by local markets and a market, everything here was simply fine and the place was great.

This place was pretty clean and the surroundings were breathtaking, with beautiful views of different islands 🌴.
